Accessing this local preview
The preview runs locally. Your browser transmits technically necessary connection data to this server. Fonts and images are served locally. No analytics tools, advertising trackers, maps or external embeds are included. A production hosting provider, its data processing arrangements and any technical access logs have not yet been determined.
Project enquiry in test mode
The form displays its current mode. Test mode validates entries without sending messages. If email delivery is enabled and indicated in the form, the details are transmitted to the NARTMANN contact address through the IONOS SMTP service to handle the enquiry. The application has no additional enquiry database and does not log form contents. A copy then exists in the receiving mailbox; retention, the responsible operator and contractual recipient details must be established before public launch. Use fictional test data only in this private preview.
Technical abuse prevention
Form protection uses a short-lived, signed, technically necessary HttpOnly cookie with SameSite=Strict. It contains no contact details and expires after 30 minutes. A limited in-memory counter restricts requests; no tracking profile is created. The processing of connection identifiers and the production configuration must be reviewed before publication.
Before production use
Legal bases, purposes, recipients and data processors, retention periods, any transfers to third countries and technical safeguards must be defined for the hosting and email services actually selected. Only then may this notice be approved for genuine contact enquiries.
Data subjects' rights
Subject to the GDPR, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. The relevant authority, contact method and specific details must be added before publication. Where consent is used, the withdrawal procedure must be explained.
Applications
For general applications, your name, contact details, experience and voluntarily provided certificates and driving licence information are sent to NARTMANN by email to assess your application and contact you. Do not send identity document numbers, health information or other sensitive details. This form does not accept files.
